This is our first video clip. We did the full creative direction and production. The design had had to be re-purposed for various social media platforms, including, GIFs for promotion, the grid for Instagram, Facebook and album cover artworks, etc.
The edit and the first phase of masking/keying were made in Davinci Resolve. There were additional masking and alpha fine-tuning in After Effects.
The 3D parts were created in Cinema4D, rendered with Octane. For the particle simulations, we used xParticles.
The CGI shots then were completely re-timed in Davinci again and the brought into AE where the live footage and the CGI shots were ironed together.
